There are also a few foods and natural medicines that I swear by:

Aloe Vera Juice - For Indigestion, Irritable Bowl Syndrome, Crohn's Disease etc.

Aloe Vera is a soother.  If you cut the plants leaves and apply the gel to sunburnt skin or other burns it greatly reduces the inflammation.  Similarly, when taking the juice, it soothes things that have become inflamed - I used this a few years ago when I had a sore stomach and heard many other people singing its praises.  I'm not a doctor, but sip the amount you need till it feels right and you'll be fine.  Better to get a good Aloe Vera Juice like this one - it's preservative free and organic.

Manuka Honey - Anti-Bacterial, good for general health, immune support and to get rid of colds and flu.

Manuka Honey comes in different strengths based on its UMF (Unique Manuka Factor).  I recommend the stronger ones 12+, 15+ etc for optimal results in immune support and fighting off colds and flu etc.
